Don't forget to update your bookmarks and readers. And if that wasn't enough newness for you there is also a new website I like to call home up and running as well www.christinefarah.com. Hawt Hawt Hawt!

Min and Jason showed up with their model faces ready to go.....well ok Min came all Top Modeled out and Jason just did his cool laid back thing. I was feeling really inspired by them and of course they were awesome sports walking allll over chasing the light I wanted. It's funny because I tell my couples that engagement sessions are much like scavenger hunts, we are out to find beautiful light and interesting backgrounds. This approach helps me to incorporate "newness" to my signature style. On our little hunts we sometimes find the craziest people and places. I think the highlight was the funny guy who spoke of EEE-bonanonics thing while chatting on his cell phone two feet away from us. We couldn't help but laugh. Thank goodness Min wore comfortable shoes, how freakin cute are her boots?!! All together I loved her style. Take note this is another girl to copy when figuring out what to where to your engagement shoot. I cannot believe their wedding is so near, it feels like time has flown by from the first time we met. I love when I feel like I am shooting friends, and that's exactly what you feel like when you are around Min and Jason, they are so warm and wonderful! Thank you for the hike and chasing the light with me!

Home Sweet Home....

I'm back from another wonderful WPPI and of course I am totally under the weather. I am hoping to knock this bug outta me in the next few days so things will go back to normal Monday. Meanwhile I am plowing through my ginormous mountain of email so thank you for bearing with me!

Meanwhile I wanted to post a few photos from Katie and Phil's engagement session. These two lovebirds are getting married in Chicago and I cannot wait to see what a wild affair Katie puts together, total pun since our reception location is at the Zoo. I am soooo happy we got a chance to hang out while you two were out here, Katie you are a total crack up! Forgive me for the brief blog post but I think some hot tea and warm blankets are calling my name!

JJ Double Team Slam!

Judy and Jason are ridiculously adorable together. Their love is one filled with giggling and understanding. Watching them together put a smile on my face. Although they were super nervous at the beginning and well we had a little mishap in the middle with rooftops and bungee jumping. *lol* ok no jumping but darn close, they pulled off the shoot with flying colors. I cannot believe how darn hot it was we about melted into a giant puddle of goo, how about that global warming myth?! (insert sarcastic eye roll here)

It was a delightful day in Pasadena with a delightful couple, and I just felt inspired to try some new cool things to their photos. I hope you all enjoy them! Thank you Judy and Jason for surviving my crazy suggestions and making me giggle...what if there's an earthquake? *inside joke* :)

Oh So Fun!

I love shooting in places I haven't shot before and exploring the town while chatting with my couples. I love it even more when I have perfect weather and an adorable couple! Becky and Isaac were up for anything and that always gets two thumbs up from me. How gorgeous was her dress??? It just had this ethereal feel to it. Future brides take note I love dresses and dresses that can twirl and pick up light are perfect for photos. When I get a chance I will have to make a document of some of my favorite outfits to give people an idea of what photographs beautifully. It can be so overwhelming between picking out the perfect outfit and fighting the nerves of a camera in your face.

Anywho thank you two for venturing out with me and the super delicious snack afterwards, we will definitely have to do it again some time soon!!
